Since entering the industry in 2003, Enrique has closed hundreds of commercial transactions, specializing in Multifamily Apartment buildings, Retail, Entitlements and Development.  He earned his degree in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate Investments and Business Law from Loyola Marymount University, providing him with a strong foundation in both the financial and legal aspects of commercial real estate.
